    About this paper

    Peyote stitch graph paper

In peyote stitch the beads in neighboring columns sit half a bead up or down from each other. This chart draws that offset, so you can color in a pattern bead by bead and follow it row by row.

The spacing sets the bead height and the width ÷ height ratio sets its width. A ratio of 0.8 is close to the shape of cylinder beads; use 1 for round seed beads, or set the spacing to your real bead size to check the finished length.

    Frequently asked questions

Does it work for even-count and odd-count peyote?

Yes. The offset is the same in both; just count the columns you need across the band and color the cells.

How do I make sure the grid prints at the right size?

In the print dialog choose “Actual size”, “100%” or “No scaling”, and turn off “Fit to page” or “Shrink to fit”. To confirm, print our free calibration test sheet and measure the 10 cm line with a ruler.

Is it free for commercial use?

Yes. There is no account, no watermark and no download limit. You can use the paper for classes, worksheets, products and client work.
